The Escape Club live UK date!

We all know how important getting a support slot can be and back in the days of the Strength tour The Escape Club proved very popular with Alarm fans before landing their own hit "Wild Wild West" and other top 40 singles in the US. 

For the first time in 30 years the band will play live in the UK performing their debut album "White Fields" in full plus other tracks at Nell's in London on 27th June and whats more Dave Sharp will open proceedings as special guest for the evening.

Smalltown Glory New London Show

Eddie Macdonald follows on from his sold out  Smalltown Glory show at The Black Heart in November with another London gig confirmed for March.

Tickets for the gig at The Water Rats at Kings Cross are on sale now priced at £16.50 and the gig itself is on March 5th with another Special Support promised but not yet revealed.

RT-Zed Announce Xmas Gig!

RT-Zed featuring Steve Grantley and "Jonesy" are giving fans a rare chance to catch them live when they play the Hairy Dog in Derby this December. Tickets priced at an insanely low £11 including booking are on sale NOW! 

The gig is on Friday 20th December so a great excuse to stop your Xmas prep and go have some fun! Expect songs from both "FUNKPUNK" and "Zed Hed" and maybe a surprise or two.

Kirk Brandon Solo Show Supports Announced

For those waiting patiently for the London dates to be announced for Kirk Brandons Akoustik tour it seems that wait was well worth it for us Alarm fans! The two London dates will take place at the Islington on Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th September with support from Gene Loves Jezebels Jay Aston on the first night and Dave Sharp on the second.

Second Holy Holy date announced

Holy Holy have announced a second date for their "Man Who Sold The World" set and will play the O2 Academy in Sheffield on September 18th. Tickets will be available from this Monday (26th) from HERE

James to perform classic Bowie album....and new single!

James Stevenson will be performing the classic David Bowie album "The Man Who Sold The World" with Bowie alumni Tony Visconti, Woody Woodmansey and Holy Holy at The Garage in London on September the 17th.

The band who feature among others James, Steve Norman, Glenn Gregory and a trio of Ronsons in Maggi, Lisa & Hannah will also be releasing a single on the same day - the Steve Norman penned "We Are King" backed by a new cover version of Bowies "Holy Holy".

Westworld Weekend details....Dave Sharp added!

The details of this years Westworld Weekend have been announced with Dave Sharp appearing Saturday afternoon as well as Steve Allan Jones.

Day tickets are available for both days (£18.50 for the Friday and £24 for the Saturday) as well as the full weekend ticket which is priced at £39.

Otley gets second date

The original Declaration date in Otley has now sold out but if you did miss it, or just fancy seeing a second show, an additional date has been added at Korks on Thursday 3rd April. Tickets are priced at just £13.50 including booking fee and are available HERE

Final Kirk Brandon / Dave Sharp date announced.

The final date to be announced on the Kirk Brandon and Dave Sharp tour is The Compass in Chester on Saturday 1st March.

Dave has said to expect a 45 minute spot for his sets on the tour.

Mike Peters "Declaration" anniversary shows.

The New York dates that I bought you last week have been officially confirmed by The Alarm site and what's more....they will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of  "Declaration".

This is Mike playing "Declaration" and telling stories about the tracks and album... sounds amazing!

Mike playing America 2014

Another date has come out via a venue advertising a Mike Peters gig for next March. So it looks like there will be 2 gigs on the 15th of March 2014 an "early" show at 8pm then a "late" show at 10pm at the Iridium Club in New York.

General Admission tickets cost $25 while Premier Seating is set at $40. Please note though there is also a $15 food and drink minimum.

Mike Peters Norway dates

Mike will once again be doing some dates in Norway at the end of the year with 2 dates confirmed at Madam Felle in Bergen on the 20th and 21st of December.

Hopefully this means there may be a UK acoustic tour after the Big Country dates but we will have to wait and see!
